Bid Management

Once you are ready to bid, we will pull together a bid plan.

This will identify key points including the Bid Manager, submission terms, define the bid team, establish a timetable, check the mandatory requirements and determine references.

Using the bid plan, we will work with your team to collect subject content and collate this into a bid. We will make sure that you have your say on the final draft before submission, this is your bid!
