We are proud to be founding members of Primary Care Direct, a service which has everything a primary care organisation – GP Practice, Primary Care Network, pharmacists – needs to transform, grow and develop their business.

The idea for Primary Care Direct came when our Director Kiran Johnson worked with GP Practices across the Humber area who all had one requirement which was to be able to access all the support they needed to run and transform their business in one place.  Working with Agencia, the idea of Primary Care Direct was born!

We are the specialist bid writers on the consortium which includes Capsticks Healthcare Specialist Solicitors, BHP Accountants, Agencia, Lloyds Bank, Yorkshire Medical Marketing, MDDUS and Prescribing Support Services, all of who are nationally recognised as being specialists in the primary care field. We are recently been commissioned by NHS England to work with over 360 GP practices in the North West to develop their Primary Care Networks, have written numerous bids for Pharmacists and Pain Management Organisations as well as delivering many learning and development sessions on Primary Care Network Tendering processes.

As well being specialist bid writers, we also support primary care businesses with making sure they are compliant for inspections.  We are currently working with several practices in the Yorkshire area making sure that they are CQC ready.  As part of this we have supported these practices with assessing where they are now should CQC come tomorrow, implemented staff training, updated policies, procedures and processes as well as helping with operational running of their practices such as pensions, IT infrastructure, sit walk throughs and even checking medical equipment!
