DESCRIPTION:Since March 2026\, the CQC has been running its Returning to Go
 od and Outstanding Providers Programme\, reassessing GP practices that hav
 en't been inspected for several years. The programme has now evolved\, wit
 h CQC introducing an enhanced assessment approach for some eligible practi
 ces - bringing routine clinical review into scope for the first time. This

 dence-Based Care and Treatment statements now in scope for enhanced assess
 ments\n 	Early insight into which quality statements CQC are focusing on

 he assessment process\, including the 5 working day notice period\n 	Clear
