 ders\, secondary and social care teams plus other health and social care p
 artners such as domiciliary care and the voluntary sector\, all working to
 gether to form MDTs that can improve the health and wellbeing of their pat
 ient population together.\n\nSo what are the key things needed to get star
 ted with setting up INT's? Join our Masterclass where we will cover the ke
