This will identify key points including the Bid Manager, submission terms, define the bid team, establish a timetable, check the mandatory requirements and determine references.

Using the bid plan, we will work with your team to collect subject content and collate this into a bid. We will make sure that you have your say on the final draft before submission, this is your bid!

Tender Search

We can access most UK tenders at any given time.

We will work with you to find out what type of opportunities you would like to bid for and will conduct a tender search – this could be weekly, fortnightly, monthly depending on what you want– which will land in your inbox.

We will work with you to analyse the service you are hoping to deliver as part of the tender and write down how you will exactly deliver this service.

This critical thinking may even help generate other income streams and opportunities.

Critical Friend

Perhaps you have had a go at writing the tender, we can review the tender and provide feedback as a ‘critical friend’.

This will provide you with assurance that an expert has had a look at your submission and will give you a good chance of winning the contract!

Pharmacy

In 2019, we were commissioned to support a community pharmacy to bid for a new HIV service across the East of England.

What We Did!

This was a successful bid and the client are now delivering this service across the contract region stretching from Kings Lynn south to Cambridge and East to the Suffolk coast.

We have been recommissioned by the client for further bid management support.

Outcome.

As part of the project we provided a full bid management service and content development alongside development of the service model as this was a new service.

The bid management service included developing a bid plan, coordinating Subject Matter Experts, confirming that statutory and mandatory information was up to date and compliant and making sure key deadlines were met.

As the service was new, we project managed a series of service modelling workshops. During these sessions, we story boarded the end to end delivery of the service and articulated this within the tender so that the commissioners could understand in plain English the service they would receive.
