The CQC is changing the way it regulates medical practices.

There will be a focus on policies, procedures, training and how to make sure that online information the CQC will be gathering is accessible and fit for purpose. Kiran will also provide her top tips to get through CQC inspections in the new world.
Tracy will highlight how the focus remains on leadership and shines a light on the Safe KLOE, including how patients continue to access to your service. Information will be shared about what tools you need in your toolkit in order to be ready and prepared for your next CQC call.
