Update

CQC Single Assessment Framework Roll Out – Beginning from November 2023

CQC are beginning to roll out the new Single Assessment Framework from November 2023 and this will replace the current CQC inspection process you are all familiar with.

From November, the new Framework will be rolled out regionally, starting with providers in the South of England including those practices in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Surrey, Sussex and Wiltshire. The schedule assessments will be prioritised by considering the level of risk, so not all providers will need to have an immediate assessment.

In other regions, CQC will continue to use the current assessment framework for now but will be rolled out to all the country by the end of March 2024.

Are you ready for this change? Don’t worry if you’re not, we are here to help. To learn more, you can:
