The new PCN DES has set out the financial entitlements for PCNs for 2023/24.
Whilst there has been an increase in some entitlements such as the ARRS funding and Enhanced Access there has been a decrease per patient for the CD Payment and PCN Leadership and Management Fund.
It is also worth noting that ARRS funding will become part of the core general practice funding in 24/25.
