Cancellation Policy
To keep our events running smoothly and to make sure places are used effectively, the following cancellation terms apply to all DKJ Events, including DKJ Masterclasses and Deep Dives.
Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your booking. This allows us time to offer your place to someone on the waiting list and ensures our facilitators can plan sessions appropriately.
Non‑Attendance
If you do not attend and have not informed us in advance, this will be recorded as non‑attendance. For DKJ Health Hub Members, any missed masterclass will be counted as one of your allocated sessions under your Membership. As our team commits preparation time and resources for every booked participant, the full session fee will be charged in these circumstances.
Charges for Non‑Attendance
- DKJ Masterclass: £30
- Deep Dive: £15
These charges help us cover the time and materials prepared specifically for your place, and ensure we can continue offering high‑quality, accessible sessions for all participants.
